James Foster

Executive Manager James Foster joined the team in March 2016. He has been a manager at a previous practice in Worcester and enjoyed an earlier career in the media before studying for an MBA at the UEA.

Rosemary Moore (f)

Practice Manager Rosemary Moore has worked in general practice since 1988 and as a practice manager since 1990.  She holds a BA on Health and Social Care and the AMSPAR Diploma in practice management with distinction.  She can be contacted on rosemary.moore@nhs.net

Administration

We have a large and comprehensive administration team at the practice.  This compromises the following groups:

Receptionist team - Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

Prescribing Team - they deal with all prescribing issues and matters arising. 

IT Team - they are responsible for all the IT within the practice and ensuring it runs smoothly.  This includes scanning, reports, searches, patient registration and practice audits.

Secretarial Team - all letters and referrals are dealt with by this team, as well as insurance and solicitors reports.

Finance Team - here all the finances of the practice are looked after.
