Stephens Gate Medical Practice,
which opened in June 2006, providing
a comprehensive and efficient range
of services in a modern
state-of-the-art medical centre.
Situated in Norwich City Centre, it
offers easy access, car parking,
cycle parking and
pharmacy facilities, as well as a
large team of doctors, nurses and
administrative staff.
To register with the practice,
please call in to collect a
registration form.
Our team of receptionists will give
you information and assistance on
how to make appointments, organise
prescriptions and the services we
offer.
DISABLED ACCESS
The Practice has easy
access through the main reception
entrance which has automatic doors;
all consulting rooms have wheelchair
accessibility.
Disabled toilets are provided on
both floors and a lift accesses the
first floor and car park.
There is an access point for the
disabled at the reception desk.
Parking
We
have limited underground parking for
patients.
Patients can park in the new
Chapelfield Mall across the road
from the practice.
This is FREE FOR ONE HOUR.
Patients should bring their ticket
to reception and the receptionist
will barcode it in our machine.
If you leave Chapelfield Mall car
park within the hour you will not be
charged.
